Washington Sundar’s hard work went waste in Pune Test, Team India’s defeat was decided on the very first day

Washington Sundar: The second match of the 3 match test series is being played between India and New Zealand in Pune. Tom Latham won the toss and decided to bat first. In response, India bowled and bundled out New Zealand for 259 runs in 79.1 overs in the first innings. In which Washington Sundar forced the Kiwi team to kneel by taking 7 wickets. But after the wicket of Rohit Sharma fell on the first day, the chances of defeat of Team India are increasing. 

Washington Sundar took 7 wickets in the first innings 

Team India made 3 big changes in the second test match playing-11. The Indian captain  

gave place to Washington Sundar, who was suddenly included in the team, in the playing eleven. Sundar grabbed this opportunity with both hands. He bowled lethally and took 7 wickets. Sundar showed the magic of his spin and sent more than half of the team to the pavilion. Due to his bowling, Team India was successful in getting New Zealand all out on the first day, 

India lost Rohit Sharma’s wicket on the first day

 In Pune, India had to come to bat for 11 overs before the first day’s play ended. India’s attempt was to win the first day without losing any wicket, but what was feared happened. Indian captain Rohit Sharma got out without opening his account. After which there was silence on the field. Tim Southee deceived the Indian captain and bowled him clean. Let us tell you that New Zealand’s team has scored 259 runs in 79.1 overs in the first innings.

If the Indian team is all out in the second innings  then defeat is certain!

Team India will have to bat well to win the second Test. By giving New Zealand a big lead in the first innings. They will have to avoid getting all out in the second innings. Because, if Rohit Sharma and company get all out in the second innings, then the Kiwi team may have a chance to win in the second innings. Whereas Team India would not want this at all. India has to save the series and will have to bat long at any cost.
