Indian batsman Virat Kohli ‘s performance in this Test has not been good at all. After South Africa, he could not score a century against Bangladesh and New Zealand as well. He came to bat after Yashasvi Jaiswal and Devdutt Padikkal were dismissed cheaply. He scored just five runs off 12 balls. Australian fast bowler Josh Hazlewood got Kohli out at the hands of Usman Khawaja.

Josh Hazlewood became the victim

What happened was that Australian bowler Josh Hazlewood came to bowl in the 17th over of the Indian innings . He bowled the second ball to Kohli. The Indian batsman wanted to leave the short ball bowled by him outside the off stump. But the bounce on the ball was so high that it was about to hit his body.

In such a situation, in order to defend himself, Kohli tried to stop the ball, after which the ball took the edge of the bat and went into the hands of Usman Khawaja, the fielder standing at slip. With this, his struggling innings of 5 runs came to an end. Due to this performance, Kohli also had to face trolling on social media.
