Do you know that he has also wreaked havoc with his batting? Along with bowling, Umesh Yadav has also scored a century with explosive batting. Some people may be surprised to know this. But, this is true. He created a stir by playing an unbeaten innings of 128 runs at the 9th position against Orissa.

 Umesh Yadav is known for his lethal bowling and hitting big sixes. He has also scored 24 centuries in his Test career. This shows that Umesh Yadav can bat well.

In 2015, when he got a chance to bat in the Ranji Trophy, he grabbed the opportunity with both hands. The captain of the opposing team Odisha would not have thought that Yadav would score a century while batting at the ninth position. Umesh Yadav scored an unbeaten 128 runs facing 119 balls in this match. During this, 7 fours and 7 sixes were also seen from his bat.

Indian fast bowler Umesh Yadav has not been a part of the Indian team for a long time. He played his last match against Australia in June last year. Talking about Umesh’s international career, he played 57 Tests, 75 ODIs and 9 T20 matches. He took 170 wickets in Tests, 106 in ODIs, and 12 in T20s.
