Let us tell you that some names are almost certain to be selected in Team India for the Champions Trophy 2025, whom BCCI is going to give a chance in any case. These include Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Jaspreet Bumrah, Hardik Pandya, Mohammad Siraj, KL Rahul, Mohammad Shami and Ravindra Jadeja.

Some players like Shubman Gill, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Rishabh Pant, Nitish Kumar Reddy, and Arshdeep Singh also seem almost certain to get a chance. In such a situation, if we look at Team India’s planning 11 for the ICC event, then Rohit Sharma will play as an opening batsman.

Jaiswal will get a chance as an opener

Yashasvi Jaiswal can be selected as the second opener along with Rohit Sharma. Because this opener batsman has shown good performance with the bat in ODIs and T20s. In such a situation, he can get a chance in ODIs. Virat Kohli will be selected at number three in the Champions Trophy 2025.

However, if Shubman Gill plays, then Kohli can play from number three to number four. But the chances of this happening are very low, so it is almost certain that Kohli will play at number three. After that, KL Rahul can get a chance at number four. He will also be in the role of wicketkeeper.

Nitish Kumar Reddy may get a chance

After KL Rahul, Nitish Kumar Reddy can be selected at number five. There is also a possibility that Shreyas Iyer may get a chance in the middle order in the Champions Trophy 2025 as he performed well in the last ODI World Cup.

In such a situation, there can be a competition between Nitish Kumar Reddy and Shreyas Iyer for selection. After that, Hardik Pandya’s place is confirmed at number six. Ravindra Jadeja will be selected at number seven. After that, Washington Sundar’s selection is certain at number eight.

Either Arshdeep Singh or Washington Sundar will get a chance

Talking about bowling, either Washington Sundar or fast bowler Arshdeep Singh can get a chance in Team India’s playing 11 (Champions Trophy 2025). This selection will be based on the condition of the pitch. If the pitch is sandy then Sundar will be selected.

If this is suitable for fast bowling then Arshdeep Singh will be there. Talking about the other bowler, Kuldeep Yadav is almost certain to be the main spinner. Jaspreet Bumrah and Mohammad Shami will handle the responsibility of fast bowling.
