India defeated Pakistan by 6 wickets in the Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 match. Pakistan batted first and set a target of 106 runs. In response, India won the match by losing 4 wickets in 18.5 overs. Harmanpreet Kaur played a captaincy innings for Team India. Shafali Verma also performed well. Shreyanka Patil and Arundhati Reddy showed strength in bowling. Pakistan had a bad start to the match.

Shafali Verma and Smriti Mandhana came to open for India. Smriti could not do anything special. She was dismissed after scoring 7 runs in 16 balls. Mandhana was dismissed by Sadia Iqbal. Sajna scored a four to give victory –

Pak team could not recover after a bad start –

Batting first, Pakistan scored 105 runs with the loss of 8 wickets in 20 overs. It had a bad start. The team lost its first wicket in the very first over. Indian bowlers showed their strength –

For India, Arundhati Reddy took 3 wickets. She gave away 19 runs in 4 overs. Shreyanka Patil took 2 wickets giving away 12 runs in 4 overs. She also bowled 1 maiden over. Renuka Singh and Deepti Sharma took one wicket each.

Let us tell you that India had a bad start in the Women’s T20 World Cup 2024. It was defeated by New Zealand in the first match. But now Team India has made a great comeback.
