IND vs BAN 2nd Test Day 4 Report:

By the end of the fourth day of the second test match between India and Bangladesh, Bangladesh has scored 26 runs after losing 2 wickets. After the second and third days were completely washed away by rain, Bangladesh resumed its innings with 107 runs. A total of 18 wickets fell on the fourth day and a total of 437 runs were scored on the day. In the second innings, Shadman Islam scored 7 runs for Bangladesh and the first innings centurion Mominul Haque has not been able to open his account in the second innings yet.

India declared the first innings at a score of 285 runs. When Bangladesh came to bat again, Shadman Islam and Zakir Hasan were seen playing with the intention of saving their wickets. But Ravichandran Ashwin took full advantage of this defensive strategy. His spin balls took 2 wickets of Bangladesh in the second innings. On the fourth day, Bangladesh’s score has become 26 runs at the loss of 2 wickets and it is still trailing India by 26 runs in the second innings.

India dismissed Bangladesh cheaply

On the first day, 35 overs were played in which Bangladesh scored 107 runs for the loss of 3 wickets. On the fourth day, Mushfiqur Rahim was out after scoring 11 runs soon after coming on the field, but Mominul Haq remained at the crease from the other end till the end. He played an unbeaten innings of 107 runs and made a significant contribution in taking his team to a score of 233. For India, Jasprit Bumrah took the maximum of 3 wickets in the first innings.

India created a ruckus with batting

Indian openers Yashasvi Jaiswal and Rohit Sharma started batting fiercely as soon as they came. Jaiswal and Rohit together scored 51 runs in 3 overs. Rohit Sharma was out after scoring 23 runs, while Jaiswal, on the other hand, completed his half-century in just 31 balls and his innings ended at 72 runs. Since only one day was left in the match after this, all the Indian batsmen were coming to the field with the intention of hitting the ball. Virat Kohli played a fast and composed innings of 47 runs and KL Rahul played an important role in taking India to a score of 285 runs. India declared its innings at 285 runs.

The fourth day of the India-Bangladesh Test match in Kanpur turned out to be a day of absolute drama. With 18 wickets falling and 437 runs scored, it was a day that will be etched in the memories of cricket fans for a long time.
