Actually, the International Cricket Board i.e. ICC has taken strict action against Afghanistan fast bowler Fazal Haq Farooqui. 

The board imposed a fine 

In the second ODI match played between Zimbabwe and Afghanistan, Fazal Haq Farooqui was seen misbehaving with the umpire, due to which ICC has fined him 15 percent of his match fee. Along with this, a demerit point has also been added to his disciplinary account. The second ODI match was played between Afghanistan and Zimbabwe on Thursday. In the fifth over of Zimbabwe’s innings, Fazal Haq Farooqui appealed for LBW against Craig Ervine, which was rejected by the umpire. 

He misbehaved with the umpire 

Fazal Haq Farooqui did not agree at all with the umpire’s decision to reject the LBW appeal. In such a situation, he demanded DRS. However, Afghanistan did not have the option of review. Therefore, for disagreeing with the umpire’s decision, ICC has imposed a severe punishment on them under section 2.8 of the code of conduct. Talking about the match, Afghanistan achieved a historic victory by crushing Zimbabwe by 232 runs.
