IND vs AUS: Team India is working hard for the Boxing Day Test. After the flop performance of the last two matches, the Indian players sweated it out in the nets. It will not be easy for the visiting team to challenge the Kangaroo players in this clash to be held in Melbourne. After losing the Perth Test, Pat Cummins and company have made a strong comeback. Therefore, now the Indian team (Team India) will try its best to defeat them. But before that good news has come out for the fans. The senior player of the team has become fully fit to play the next match of the Border Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25.

Team India got good news

Good News

From December 26, Indian and Australian players will face each other for the fourth match of the Border Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25. The two teams will clash at the Melbourne Cricket Ground in Melbourne. However, before this, there is great news for Team India. Actually, before the Boxing Day Test, Indian captain Rohit Sharma was injured. During batting practice in the nets session, a ball from throwdown specialist Raghu hit his left knee, after which he was seen in pain. In such a situation, the physios treated Rohit Sharma and applied ice packs on his feet.

Senior player fit

Rohit Sharma attended the press conference on Tuesday. During this, he answered many questions from the journalists. At the same time, when the Hitman was asked about his injury, he said that his knee was completely fine. Therefore, this shows that he is fully fit for the Melbourne Test and he will be included in the playing eleven of the Indian team (Team India) in the next match. Due to personal reasons, he could not be a part of the Perth Test match.

Indian team has struggled

It is worth noting that after winning the Perth Test match, the performance of Team India has been disappointing. The players have had to struggle in both batting and bowling departments. After the return of Rohit Sharma, India faced defeat by 10 wickets in the Adelaide Test. While in the Gaba Test also, the Australian players were seen dominating the visiting team. Therefore, now the Indian team will have to show its best performance to win the Melbourne Test.
