Gambhir’s troubles increase before the Melbourne Test

Before the fourth match to be played for the Border Gavaskar Trophy, problems seem to be increasing for Team India and Gautam Gambhir. Two important players of Team India, captain Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul, have been injured. Both the players have been injured during the practice session before the Melbourne Test. Rohit Sharma has a knee injury, while there is news of Rahul getting hit by a ball in his hand. Both the players are currently under the supervision of the physio. 

Can Rohit and Rahul be out of the Melbourne Test?

If the injury of these two players is serious, then they may have to be out of the next match. If Rohit is out, the command of Team India can once again go into the hands of Bumrah. On the other hand, Rahul has emerged as the most successful batsman of Team India in this series. In the 6 innings played so far, he has scored 235 runs at an average of 47.
