He has played 3 matches in this series in which he could score only 31 runs in 5 innings and his best score was 10 runs. Earlier, his performance in the series against Bangladesh and New Zealand was also very poor. Due to this, it is being said that he may soon announce his retirement from Test cricket and will never be seen in the Test jersey again.

Umesh Yadav’s career is over!

Team India’s fast bowler Umesh Yadav played his last Test match at the Oval ground in 2023. After this, he was dropped from Team India and he has not been able to make a comeback till now. His performance on Australian pitches has been excellent and he has taken 31 wickets in 18 innings. But now he is not able to make it to Team India, due to which it is possible that Umesh may never be seen playing for Team India in a Test jersey.
