Cheteshwar Pujara will play this role

In the five-match Test series between India and Australia (IND vs AUS), Pujara will be seen showing his skills for the first time not with the bat but with the mic. Pujara will be seen doing commentary for Star Sports in the Border-Gavaskar series. Pujara has never played this role before.

Cheteshwar Pujara ‘s stats against Australia are excellent

Cheteshwar Pujara ‘s statistics in Test cricket have been excellent. He is considered a batsman of Rahul Dravid’s style. But when it comes to Australia, Pujara’s style of playing changes completely. In the 2018-19 series against the Kangaroos, Pujara scored 521 runs in the four-match series , including three centuries . For which he also received the Man of the Series award. Apart from this, Pujara also scored 271 runs on the last Australian tour ,  on the basis of which Team India won the Border-Gavaskar Trophy for the second consecutive time.

Will Team India’s captain change in Perth Test?

If we talk about Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25, then this time the challenge for Team India is very big. To reach the final of the World Test Championship (WTC), India will have to win all the matches of this series.
