India lost in the Sydney Test
The performance of the Indian team in the Border Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25 has not been good at all. After winning the Perth Test by 295 runs, the team had to face defeat. The performance of the Indian players was also disappointing in the fifth match played on January 3. Team India, who came to bat first after winning the toss, was reduced to 185 runs in the first innings. In response, Australia was able to score 181 runs in their first innings. Batting in the second innings, the Indian team scored 157 runs and set a target of just 162 runs, which the Kangaroo team scored in 27 overs and won the match by six wickets.
