Team India’s star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja may leave for Dubai to play the Champions Trophy 2025 but this may be his last ICC tournament. The 36-year-old all-rounder has already said goodbye to cricket’s shortest format T20I. Now it is believed that after the Champions Trophy 2025, he may also say goodbye to the ODI format and focus his entire attention on Test cricket. Team India’s star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja has been an important part of the Indian team but this may be Jadeja’s last tournament in the blue jersey.

Kuldeep can also retire

Apart from Ravindra Jadeja, Chinaman leg-spinner Kuldeep Yadav may also say goodbye to ODI cricket and focus more on T20I and Test formats. 30-year-old Kuldeep Yadav may be included in the Team India squad in the Champions Trophy 2025, but many veterans believe that this could be the last tournament of his career.

This star player played his last ODI match against Sri Lanka on 7 August 2024. While this player is not getting many opportunities in the Test and T20I teams as well, this player may leave this format after this tournament. At the same time, Kuldeep has played 106 ODIs for India so far, in which he has taken 172 wickets.

Yuzvendra Chahal will say goodbye

Leg spinner Yuzvendra Chahal, who is considered to be Kuldeep Yadav’s partner, has also not got many opportunities to play in the blue jersey. He is constantly in and out of the team or despite being selected in the squad, he does not get a chance to play in the playing eleven. This is the reason why he too can say goodbye to this format after the Champions Trophy 2025 and focus his entire attention on the T20 format.

Chahal played his last ODI for India against New Zealand on 24 January 2023, after which he has not been able to return to this format. At the same time, Chahal was included in the squad in the T20 World Cup 2024 played this year but he was not allowed to play a single match. 34-year-old Chahal has not played a single Test match for India so far.
