After Team India suffered two back to back humiliating defeats against New Zealand , head coach Gautam Gambhir has come under the target of critics. Many questions are being raised about his position as well. Rohit Sharma and company had to face a crushing defeat on the home ground. In such a situation, now Gautam Gambhir has decided to take a big step before the Mumbai Test match. He has given strict orders to the entire team including Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma to train.

Actually, before the third Test match, Team India management has told the players that no player can skip the training session. The entire team will have to practice hard for the third match. According to the report quoted by Indian Express, the team led by Rohit Sharma has been instructed to participate in two practice sessions. All the players including Virat Kohli, KL Rahul, Hitman will have to participate in it. However, players can stop practice a day before the match. So that they remain fresh to play for the next five days.

It is worth noting that the Indian team has lost a Test series on home ground after 12 years. The first match was won by New Zealand by 8 wickets, while India lost the second match by 113 runs. With this, the Kiwi team has gained an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series. Now, the third match will be played from 1 to 5 November, which will be hosted by Mumbai’s Wankhede Cricket Stadium. By winning this match, Team India will save the series from being whitewashed.
