IND vs AUS: India’s team against Australia announced
Unofficial Test matches are to be played between India A and Australia A teams before the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25. The two teams will face each other for two four-day first class matches. The first match will start from October 31, while the second match will be played from November 7.
After this, the India A team will play warm-up matches against the Indian team touring Australia. For this, the BCCI has announced the India A team, in which 15 players have been included. The responsibility of leading the team has been given to young batsman Rituraj Gaikwad.
Shreyas Iyer’s cut leaf
Abhimanyu Easwaran will play the role of vice-captain of the A team. Those players who can be a part of the T20 series to be played with South Africa have not got a place in this team.
