In the third T20 match played in Hyderabad, India set the second-highest score of 298 runs in the history of T20 cricket for Bangladesh to win. It was not going to be easy for Bangladesh to achieve this target. The Bangladeshi batsmen also knew this.
Mayank Yadav, who came to bowl the first over for India, dismissed opener Parvez Hussain Emon on the first ball of the first over for a score of zero runs. In the pursuit of aggressive batting, Latin Das scored 42 runs. While Tauhid Hridoy played an innings of 63 runs. But he could not make his team win. Let us tell you that Bangladesh’s team could only score 164 runs in 20 overs and India won this match by 133 runs.
Sanju scored a century and Surya scored a fifty
India created history by batting aggressively in this match. India scored the second highest score of 297 runs in the history of T20 format. Earlier in the year 2023, 314 runs were scored in the match between Nepal and Mongolia.
In taking India to this huge score, wicketkeeper batsman Surya Samson played aggressive batting and scored 111 runs in 47 balls, while captain Surya Kumar Yadav was not going to stay behind. He also scored 75 runs in 35 balls.
At the end, Hardik Pandya and Riyan Parag, who came to give the final touch to India’s innings, also showed their attitude. Pandya played an explosive innings of 47 runs in 18 balls and Parag played an explosive innings of 34 runs in 13 balls. Abhishek was the only batsman who got out cheaply after scoring 4 runs.
