According to some reports, Rohit may miss the Perth Test. If this does not happen, then he is sure to be out of the second Test. However, there has been no official confirmation of this yet. But former Team India player Aakash Chopra has also confirmed that the Hitman is going to miss one of the Tests in Australia.

What did Aakash Chopra say about Rohit Sharma?

Talking to his YouTube channel, Aakash Chopra said about Rohit Sharma – ” This will affect our sentiments a bit. There is news about Rohit Sharma. It did not come from an official source , but I can say for sure that there is news. It could be the first or second Test. Since it is due to personal reasons , it was also said that he could also be available for the entire series.”

Rohit was also not seen playing some Test matches on the Australia tour last time. Regarding this, Aakash Chopra said – ” He (Rohit Sharma) was injured last time and came directly to play the Sydney Test. He was not present in Adelaide and did not play the Melbourne Test. Virat Kohli played the Pink Ball Test and was not available for the three Tests after that. Here too Rohit Sharma may not be available for one of the first two Tests. This will be a huge loss.”
