KKR : Many players will be bid at high prices in the IPL 2025 mega auction, while it will be difficult for some to find a buyer. Three such players have emerged, who are part of last year’s IPL winning team KKR. But the chances of them getting a buyer in the mega auction are almost negligible. This is being said in view of the performance of these three last year. This is the reason why they are unlikely to find any buyer in the IPL. Let us tell you who are these three players?

These 3 players of KKR can be included in the unsold list

K.S. Bharat

Team India batsman KS Bharat was added to KKR last year for Rs 50 lakh. Kolkata took him as a backup wicketkeeper. Kolkata did not give him a chance to play even a single match. Now when the mega auction comes, it will be difficult for him to find a buyer. The reason for this is very clear and simple.

Actually, everyone’s mindset about Kona Bharat is that he is a Test player. That is, his batting is like that of a Test batsman, which has no use in T20. This is the reason why he has been able to play very few matches so far. So far Bharat has played only 10 matches in the IPL, in which he has scored 199 runs at an average of 28 and a strike rate of 122.

Manish Pandey

Not only Bharat but Manish Pandey also found it difficult to find a buyer after being released from KKR. Actually, last year Manish got a chance to play in only one match, where he played well. But Manish’s performance in the previous seasons was very poor. Before Kolkata, he was in Delhi. Due to poor performance, Delhi released him.

Not only this, Manish’s performance has been very poor for the last two-three seasons. This is the reason why Kolkata was the first choice to buy him. If we look at his performance in the previous seasons, in 2022, he scored 88 runs in 6 matches at an average of 14 and a strike rate of 111. In 2023, he scored a total of 160 runs in 10 matches at an average of 17 and a strike rate of 109.

Dushmanta Chameera

Sri Lanka’s Dushmantha Chameera will also face the same fate as Manish Pandey. He may find a buyer in the mega auction of IPL 2025. The possibility of this is quite high. It is known that this Sri Lankan player was included in IPL 2025 by Kolkata (KKR) after England’s Gus Atkinson suddenly withdrew from the league.

That is, Dushmant Chameera was not the first choice to be bought in the 2024 mini auction. It is clear from this that it is difficult for him to become the choice of any team in the mega auction. If we talk about his performance in the last season, he has played 13 IPL matches and has taken a total of 17 wickets with a poor economy of 10.

It is important to note that these are just predictions, and the actual auction results could be influenced by various factors, including player performance in the upcoming domestic season, team strategies, and the overall market dynamics. However, given the current circumstances, these three KKR players might face a tough time finding buyers in the IPL 2025 auction.
