IND vs SL ODI Series: 

The Indian cricket team is playing a 3 T20 match series against Sri Lanka. After this, both the teams will face each other in the ODI series. A series of 3 ODI matches will be played between India and Sri Lanka. The first match of the ODI series will be played in Colombo on 2 August. However, apart from Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Shreyas Iyer, Kuldeep Yadav and Harshit Rana have reached Colombo for this series. 

Assistant coach Abhishek Nair joins Team India

According to media reports, Indian players will start participating in practice sessions from Monday. During this time, Team India’s assistant coach Abhishek Nair will be present in the practice sessions. Earlier on Monday morning, Abhishek Nair left for Colombo. The third T20 is to be played between India and Sri Lanka on Tuesday. After this, other players will join the ODI team. The first ODI between India and Sri Lanka will be played on August 2. All the ODIs of this series will be played in Colombo. 

Morne Morkel will join the Indian team

Apart from this, it is believed that former South African bowler Morne Morkel will soon join the coaching staff of Team India. After this series, the Indian team will play a series of Test matches against Bangladesh on its home ground. The Test series between India and Bangladesh will be played in the month of September.
